Ultra-high build, spray applied fiber-reinforced-polymer (FRP) lining systems.

A unique formulation of advanced polymers to deliver hybrid structural-grade epoxies and novolacs, with a reinforcement package of proprietary fillers.  These fillers represent the latest in material science using cutting-edge reinforcement agents, such as synthetic fibers, ceramics, and polymer network chains to form a reinforcement network.  MCOR FRP spray systems are defined as a hybrid form of FRP. But unlike traditional FRP, the MCOR systems are spray applied and bonded FRP, which are highly thixotropic, ultra-high build, and high strength; boasting high flexural and tensile properties required for structural enhancement or reinstatement.

MCOR 6111 | FRP StructrSpray – 100% solids, high build, structural-grade, fiber-reinforced-polymer (FRP) epoxy lining.  Advanced lining system formulated with proprietary fiber reinforcement and polymer enhancements for industrial lining on both concrete and steel.  Built with enhancements and crosslinked with a pure cycloaliphatic curing system for added surface forgiveness, enhanced chemical resistance, increased tensile and flexural strength with UV stabilization for closed, partially-open, and open tanks and freeze/thaw tolerance.

MCOR 6280 | FRP CladSpray – 100% solids, high build structural grade advanced ceramic-novolac lining system. Incorporating ceramics and crosslinked with phenolc novolac, the system hardens to form a wear resistant liner with high temperature and high chemical resistance.  Modified fiber reinforcement and with some plasticizers, the system cures with impressive flexural and tensile strengths, while delivering a hard durometer for wear areas for both steel and concrete.  Great for wear areas of pipe and high-volume flow structures, such as penstocks, discharge pipes, and other aggressive wear areas such as chutes, hoppers, feeders, troughs, etc.
